  • Kutztown University, B.S. Psychology, 2024

  • Kutztown University, M.A. Clinical Mental Health Counseling (Expected 2027)

I am a graduate level practicum student pursing a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Kutztown University, with an anticipated graduation date of May 2027. I am passionate about working with all different populations to provide support in whatever personal challenges they may be experiencing. It is important to me to create a warm, welcoming, supporting, and judgment free environment to meet the needs of each unique individual who walks into my counseling space. I believe in the importance of making the counseling experience a collaborative experience as we work together to not only meet goals but excel in their wellness journey.
I have a special interest in working with adolescents and young adults who struggle with mood and anxiety disorders as well as trauma-related concerns. I use a person-centered approach and I pull from many theoretical orientations such as cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, and existential-humanistic, to tailor an approach that fits the unique needs of the individual.
