I am a graduate-level therapist pursuing a Master of Arts in Clinical Counseling at Alvernia University, with anticipated graduation in 2026. Guided by Carl Rogers’ Person-Centered Therapy, I believe that healing begins in a relationship where people feel safe, deeply heard, and fully accepted. My theoretical orientation is eclectic, built upon this foundation of trust and empathy. From that starting point, I integrate evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Narrative Therapy, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). This flexible, collaborative style allows me to tailor sessions to each client’s unique experiences, values, and goals.
A special interest of mine is supporting couples, individuals navigating grief or trauma, and those working through disordered eating and body image concerns. I'm especially drawn to the research and teachings of the Gottman Method, which offers couples practical, science-based tools to strengthen communication, rebuild trust, and restore emotional connection.
It is an honor to walk alongside each client as they move through their healing journey. With empathy, curiosity, and care, I aim to create a space where people feel empowered to discover clarity, build resilience, and grow into the fullest version of themselves.
