Grounded in warmth, collaboration, and trauma-informed care, my work honors each client’s lived experience, inner wisdom, and capacity for healing. I strive to create a calm and supportive therapeutic space where clients feel seen, respected, and empowered to move toward meaningful change.
I support individuals and couples navigating a range of concerns, including anxiety, emotional overwhelm, relationship distress, trauma, life transitions, and healing after sexual trauma. My approach is integrative and person-centered, drawing from Internal Family Systems, the Gottman Method, trauma-informed care, cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness-based interventions. I believe therapy should feel both grounding and collaborative, offering clients space to explore patterns, deepen self-understanding, strengthen relationships, and reconnect with a more secure sense of self.
In addition to my private practice work, I am a Student Assistance Program Certified Professional, supporting students and families through assessment, prevention, early intervention, and connection to appropriate mental health resources. My background in school-based mental health has deepened my appreciation for meeting clients with compassion, flexibility, and respect for the systems and relationships that shape their lives.
