I am a counselor with a strong passion for supporting children and adolescents who struggle with anxiety, depression, bullying, and low self-esteem. I also have a special interest in sports psychology. As a former college athlete, I understand the pressure and mental demands young athletes face and am passionate about helping them strengthen both their emotional well-being and mental performance alongside their physical growth.

My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where children and adolescents feel heard, build resilience, and develop a stronger sense of self-worth. Whether in the school environment, at home, or on the field, I believe every young person deserves the tools, guidance, and support to thrive.
