When someone really hears you without passing judgment on you, without trying to take responsibility for you, without trying to mold you, it feels damn good.ā€ ~Carl Rogers

Hi, I’m Ryan and I am a Clinical Counseling graduate student at Alvernia University. I am currently completing my clinical training here at Inspired Wellness. My counseling approach is grounded in person-centered therapy while integrating elements of cognitive behavioral therapy and trauma-informed techniques. I believe that effective counseling begins in a non-judgmental space where a person feels safe, supported, and genuinely heard and understood. My goal is to provide clients with a space each week where they can feel valued, supported, and fully in control of their own growth and healing.

It is important to me to be authentic, empathetic, and supportive with each person who shares their story with me. My clinical interests include working with individuals experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, struggles with life transitions, and a wide range of other mental health and life challenges. I believe that feelings of anxiety and depression are often symptoms of deeper issues that can be eased as we work together to gently explore each client's lived experience.

I aim to combine compassion, practical tools, and a healthy sense of humor to help clients build insight, resilience, and meaningful change while honoring their unique experiences and strengths. Together, I believe that we can bring about positive changes in our lives and the lives of others.
