I am a graduate-level therapist pursuing a Master of Arts in Clinical Counseling at Alvernia University. I use a person-centered approach in my therapy, creating a nurturing relationship where clients can feel truly heard and understood. My collaborative style incorporates evidence-based strategies drawn from art therapy, narrative therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), among others, allowing me to create a unique approach tailored to each client’s needs.

As a former college writing instructor, I have a special interest in helping young people toward the achievement of their education and life goals. I’m also drawn to working with clients of any age or background who are affected by anxiety, depression, workplace issues or life transitions. My goal is to support my clients as they clarify their goals, identify their strengths, and find new ways forward into greater wellness.
